Dr. Aneesah Muhammad, Psy.D., M.B.A., LGPC 🌹

Dr. Aneesah Muhammad is an educator, psychotherapist, psychological strategist, and the developer of the Strategy-Focused Approach, an integrative psychosocial approach to conflict and conversation management. She specializes in helping women, couples, and groups to manage conflict, manage conversations, and improve well-being and relationship satisfaction.

Dr. Muhammad holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from The Chicago School. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Muhammad is an approved Category A Continuing Education (CE) provider in the state of Maryland. She designs and leads workshops, trainings, and consultations virtually and in-person in the DMV area.
