Interactive workshops are designed to explore how conflict develops and how individuals and couples can manage conflict more effectively.

All workshops are held virtually.

Description:
In workshops, Dr. Muhammad teaches clinical skills and practical skills for managing conflict, navigating difficult conversations, and improving mental and relational health.

She also facilitates interactive conversations to help participants practice skills informed by The Idea-Focused Approach to Conflict Management.
